Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure:

  • You have an active HubSpot account

  • You have Admin access to the HubSpot portal

Step 1: Open sysConnector

  1. Navigate to https://app.sysconnector.com/

  2. Log in to your sysConnector account.

Step 2: Open Data Sources

  1. Click Data Sources from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Connect New App.

Step 3: Select HubSpot

From the list of available integrations, select HubSpot.

Step 4: Connect Your HubSpot Account

In the HubSpot connection screen:

  • Enter an Account Name to help identify the connection

  • Click Connect HubSpot

Important Notes

  • You will then:

    1. Be redirected to HubSpot to sign in

    2. Review and authorize the requested permissions

    3. Be redirected back to sysConnector after authorization

    4. See your HubSpot account successfully connected

Step 5: Confirm Connection

You will see a success message:

App Connected – Your app has been connected successfully

Your HubSpot integration is now active.

You’re All Set!

sysConnector is now connected to your HubSpot account, and your data will begin syncing automatically based on the configured scopes.
